NG Vascular & Vein Center is a dedicated outpatient practice specializing in minimally invasive treatment for vascular, venous, and pain-related conditions. Since our founding, we’ve performed thousands of image-guided procedures for patients across Northwest Indiana and the greater Chicago area, helping them avoid unnecessary surgery, recover faster, and get back to their lives.

About Our Center

NG Vascular & Vein Center was founded to bring hospital-quality, specialized vascular care into an outpatient setting, closer to where patients live and work.

Today, the center operates six locations across Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland: Merrillville, Munster, Palos Heights, Homewood, Addison, and Hoffman Estates. Every location is staffed by trained clinical teams and equipped with advanced imaging technology used to diagnose and treat vascular, venous, and related conditions through small-incision, image-guided procedures.

Our clinical team includes board-certified physicians, registered vascular technologists, and support staff who work together on every case, from initial diagnosis through post-procedure follow-up. This team-based structure means patients aren’t relying on a single provider’s schedule or availability. Care continuity is built into how the practice runs.

Meet Our Founder

NG Vascular & Vein Center was founded by Dr. Nazar Golewale, MD, RPVI, a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist with more than 6,000 image-guided procedures performed over his career. Dr. Golewale earned his medical degree from Yale University and previously served as Medical Director of Vascular & Interventional Radiology at Elkhart General Hospital before founding this practice.
